Really poor customer service, a feeling that I wasn't taken seriously and some outright rude comments about woman drivers. Only I was very much interested in the car I wouldn't have hung about. Glad I sent my husband to check it out as oil leaking all over engine. Just by chance happened upon storm motors up the road, more professional by a country mile and done the deal there instead.
I visited this car dealership today and I have to say I am appalled and disgusted at how I was treated. As a female its daunting going to any forecourt, and have never had any problems in the past, however, this has been the worst experience Ive had to date. I wanted to enquire about an Audi- to which I was handed a set of keys and told to go on a test drive. There was no mention of coming with me on the test drive or indeed giving me any information about the car. I took the car for a drive and upon return went into the office to discuss the car. I have no idea what the men were even called, they did not introduce themselves nor offer further information regarding the car. Upon discussing the price, there was absolutely no negotiations and I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. I loved the car, and had the means to pay the asking price, and as you do, tried to arrange some sort of discount. The two men just sat there, one stared at a computer for the duration of my visit and the other was verging on rude. I dont know whether they didnt take me seriously or didnt think Id the money to buy such a car. But I will never be back. Nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. Quite the contrary, I will be advising against going there. I would have loved to have bought that car, and had the means and more to do so, but theres absolutely no way Id give my money to that business after the experience I had. Ill take my custom elsewhere. They really need to work on their customer service, as there is none.

It's been a while since I've been here. I am mending the last post showing 1* as the selection of motors is quite good.
Bought a Golf off them back in January. Andy and Craig couldn't have been any more pleasant or helpful. Since then I have had no problems and the car went through the MOT with no work being done to it. I will be back!
